Notwitstanding whether or not it was acceptable to insult homosexuals in 1991, the mere fact that Mr. Lukiwski would appear in such a video or that after sobering up that he didn't ensure that all copies were destroyed (instead of being kept for 17 years) suggests that on that basis alone he is unfit for public office.
